Beginners Meal Planning on a Budget with Two Week Sample Menu.

I've been cooking and meal planning for a while.  Not e'er consistently though.  As part of our save money live on one income mission 2017, nosotros decided that our nutrient budget needed the most work.  Like a lot of work!  And so I set off to learn more and truly create a plan, a beginners repast planning guide that includes everything we need.  If y'all are starting a new upkeep, cooking dinner is an like shooting fish in a barrel way to cut back. Our two Week Dinner Menu

The variety was perfect!  We had seafood, Indian, Asian, Cuban and Mexican (and Italian if you count spaghetti). Tilapia, craven breast and pork tenderloin were on auction when I went to the store.  I already had some recipes that I used and a couple I was trying out for the outset time.

The next week, I got the beefiness for the teriyaki dish and frozen shrimp that was on sale.  I love seafood, so if information technology's on sale I'll unremarkably go it. Also, most of these meals were made with enough for leftovers the next twenty-four hours so I wouldn't take to cook every nighttime. Cuban Spice Rubbed Pork Tenderloin-  I'one thousand Dominican so a menu wouldn't be consummate without some pork served with rice and beans and avocado. 🙂 The recipe was from Rachel Ray. Honey Soy Chicken Thighs- This recipe rotates at our house oftentimes.  I'm not perfect and I burned the top this time, just the center was however good! So it worked out.
